Hotel Policies

    Check-in & Check-Out Policy
  • At The Hillans Resort & Cottages, the check-in time is 13:00 pm & check-out time is 10:00AM; if any guest wants to check-in early (between 0700-1200 Hrs) the hotel should be informed at the time of booking, still the availability of rooms strictly depends upon the status of occupancy.
  • Checking-in before 07:00 am calls for an additional room rent for one day per room.
  • Late check-out up to 4 PM can be accommodated at no extra charges, but will be subject to availability.
  • Late check-out after 4 PM will be charged at the full next day's rate.
    Documents Required During Time Of Check-in
  • Booking confirmation via E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport and Ration Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Cards.
  • All International guests should present their Passports with valid VISA.
  • Arms and ammunition are strictly prohibited inside the Resort premise.
    Pet Policy:
  • No pets are allowed inside the premises/property where the accommodation is situated.
    Right to Admission
  • The Hillans Resort & Cottagess reserve all the rights to deny admission or ask particular guests to leave the property to ensure safety and comfort of other guests. This may include cases such as denial of admission to local residents, unmarried & unrelated couples, amongst others. The decision taken by the property management will be final and binding in all such situations.
    Cancellation/Amendment Policy
  • Any Cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival No Charge.
  • 7 to 21 days before arrival Charge 50% of the full amount.
  • 0 to 7 days before arrival Charge 100% of the full amount.
  • No show & early check out Charge 100% of full amount.
  • Any amendment made less than 21 days prior to arrival will attract 1 night retention charge
