Extra beds cost 750/- for kids (6-12 years) and 1050/- for those above 12, both including breakfast. Kids up to 5 years stay complimentary.

Kids up to 5 years will be accommodated with no extra cost.

6. Can we expect some help with separate food requirements of kids, if any?

Yes, with advance notice we provide separate food for kids and those with specific medical conditions.

7. What is the resort policy on cancellation and refund?

Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is eligible for 90% refund; cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non- refundable.

8. What are the timings of on-site restaurant?

The restaurant is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

9. What is hotel policy on liquor and smoking?

We do not serve liquor; however, the guests can bring their liquor but must not consume it outside their rooms or balconies. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside cottages and the restaurant.

10. Is reception open 24x7?

Reception is available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Room service is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, and there is an emergency contact for odd hours.

11. What is the timing of the complimentary breakfast?

Complimentary breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
